  • Living lettuce is the term used when hydroponic lettuce is sold intact with the root allowing it to continue living even after "harvest" and sale to consumer. Once "harvested" the living lettuce can be kept fresh in the refrigerator for up to a month.

  • ​There is no waste with living lettuce

  • Hydroponic means grown in water - our produce is grown in fresh Vermont spring water

  • Once purchased the consumer simply has to add water if not consuming right away

  • We have year-round production

  • Hydroponic Farming uses 90% less water than traditional farming making it environmentally friendly

  • Our produce is pesticide & herbicide free

  • Safe for pets

  • All produce is harvested or prepared day of sale in most cases
